Private file storage for you and your team.
Upload, organise and share documents from one calm workspace. Give people access, or send a link that stops working when you decide.
Accounts are created by the administrator. There is no public sign-up.
Features
Everything you need to keep and share files
Simple on purpose: upload, organise, share, and stay in control of who can see what.
Uploads you can follow
Send many files at once and watch each one finish with its own progress bar. Cancel any upload, and choose what happens when a name already exists.
Share with your team
Pick people from a list and give them Can view or Can edit, on a single file or a whole folder. Change or remove access at any time.
Links that expire
Create a link for 1, 7, 14 days or more, or keep it permanent. Use a generated address or choose a readable name of your own.
Preview in your browser
Open PDFs, images, text, audio and video in a new tab without downloading them first.
Folders and bulk actions
Select several files, move them into a folder, or send them to Trash. Anything in Trash can be restored.
Clear history
See who shared a file with you and who edited it last, right in the file list.
How it works
Up and running in three steps
- 1
Sign in
Use the account your administrator created for you. There is no public sign-up.
- 2
Upload and organise
Add files, group them into folders, and find them again with search.
- 3
Invite people with the access you choose, or send a link that expires.
Security
Built so that private stays private
Access rules live in the database, and your browser never talks to storage directly.
Private by default
Every file belongs to its owner. Nobody else can see it until you share it.
Access you can take back
Change someone's level or revoke it in one click. Links can expire, and can be revoked early.
Enforced by the database
Row-level security decides who may read or change each file. It is not just hidden in the interface.
Invite-only accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator, so only people you expect can sign in.
FAQ
Questions, answered
How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by the administrator. There is no public registration, so ask them to set one up for you.
How large can files be?
Up to 50 MB per file, with 1.0 GB of storage per account.
What can I preview without downloading?
PDFs, images, text, audio and video open directly in a new browser tab. Word, Excel and PowerPoint open in a document viewer when the site is reachable from the internet; otherwise you can download them.
What is the difference between sharing internally and with a link?
Internal sharing gives specific people with an account either Can view or Can edit access. A link works for anyone who has it, without an account, and lets them view and download. You choose when it expires.
What happens when a link expires?
It stops working straight away. The file itself is not deleted, and you can create a new link whenever you need one.
Can I get a deleted file back?
Yes. Deleting moves a file to Trash, where you can restore it later or delete it forever.
